First time with us
We know that first-time workouts can be intimidating. But don’t worry, there’s a first-timer in almost every class. Let our team know when you come in and the instructors will take good care of you.
what to wear
Grip socks are required for hygienic reasons and to ensure your safety. You can find them for sale in our studios.
We recommend that you wear comfortable workout clothing. Think leggings, a top, and a sports bra – whatever makes you feel most comfortable during class.
checking in
As a first timer, please show up and check-in at the reception at least 15 minutes before class starts. This will allow us to welcome you, answer any questions you may have, and give you the time needed to attend the first timer briefing. For everyone else, please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before class, otherwise your spot may be given away to someone else on the waitlist.

Expect personal attention and modifications to ensure every movement is effective and safe. Your instructor will guide you through a series of exercises, whether on the mat or using specialized apparatus like the Reformer or Tower, tailored to your experience level and goals. Whether it’s your first class or you're an experienced practitioner, each session will leave you feeling stronger, more centered, and empowered.
Classical
Expect Classical workouts that prioritizes quality over quantity, with an emphasis on stretch, strength, and control in every movement. Classes include exercises on the Pilates Mat and on Pilates apparatus. These apparatus help teach the body to activate the right muscles, ensuring a balanced and effective workout. Throughout the session, you’ll focus on alignment, breath, and precision, leaving you feeling stronger, more flexible, and centered.

You’ll also experience a deep focus, allowing you to leave everything outside of class and fully connect with your practice. We expect your phones are on silent and stored away.

Yes. It's important for us to know who's working out with us and to have your contact information. Creating an account is needed to attend, register and book classes. Don't worry, we respect your privacy.

Classes become available for booking 30 days in advance.

If you need to cancel or cannot attend a class, you must do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a 'late cancellation' penalty. Any cancellation made after this timeframe will be considered a 'late cancellation'.

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may cause you to arrive late. Unfortunately, once the class has begun, we cannot admit latecomers. However, we're here to assist you and explore various options, such as finding an alternative class for you to attend.

If a spot becomes available up to 2 hours before the class, you will automatically be added to it and notified via email.
