OPEN GYM PILATES

SELF-PRACTICE

This Open Gym Pilates class is designed for our advanced students who have been practicing Pilates for few years. It provides an opportunity to refine your skills, deepen your practice, and move at your own pace.

  • Our fully equipped studios are at your disposal, allowing you to use all Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Barrels and more.

  • One of our experienced teachers will be present to guide and support you, answering any questions, providing corrections, and helping you optimize your movements for a safe and effective workout.

  • Self-practice deepens body awareness, builds confidence, and enhances focus by allowing you to move at your own pace. It promotes independence, refines technique, and encourages self-discipline. With access to all apparatus in our fully equipped studio, you can explore freely while having a teacher available for guidance and support.
