Pilates, created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, started as a series of exercises aimed at improving physical strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Born in 1883, Joseph Pilates moved to the United States in the 1920s, where he opened a studio in New York City. His method quickly gained recognition among the dance and arts community before reaching a wider audience. Originally named "Contrology," this innovative practice focuses on building lasting strength, flexibility, and balance in the body.

You can practice Pilates as often as you like!
Classical Pilates is designed to challenge your body while leaving you energized and free from prolonged soreness, making it ideal for multiple sessions each week.
For the best results, we recommend practicing 2-3 times a week.

Unfortunately, our group classes are not designed for pre- or post-natal clients.
However, we have skilled instructors who specialize in pre- and post-natal Pilates and would be delighted to work with you privately in one-on-one sessions tailored to your needs.
For your safety, please wait for your doctor’s approval before resuming exercise after childbirth (a minimum of 6 weeks after a natural birth and 12 weeks after a C-section).

We strongly recommend starting with a private session. To ensure the best experience, please share as much information as possible with our team, including both reception staff and your instructor, in advance.
This allows us to fully understand your needs, tailor your session accordingly, and recommend the most suitable teachers and classes for you.
